We believe our culture is the key to our success. Our culture is built on hard work, productivity, and a passion to make a difference. This is the formula that has helped us successfully grow our company and accomplish our mission. We know that culture is more than just team-building events and free lattes; it’s the community that is built by the people in our company and the standards that they set for each other. It's the unspoken acceptance that we want to continuously improve our products, our services and ourselves. We want each person we hire to make us a better company by what they bring to the table.
If that is you, please let us know.
There are many different walks of life here at eCivis. Some of us like trivia, others like making bets in mini-golf, and for the most part we all like bacon. But there is one thing that we all have in common…we like to get things done. Oftentimes, we wear many different hats and work under very strict deadlines, but we do it to build the best product for our clients. So if you like to get things done and you are up for a challenge, join us.
To succeed at eCivis, a combination of dedication to team success and hard, focused work is necessary. If you enjoy reading and analyzing dense and challenging text, and are a strong writer, you could be an asset to our team of grant analysts in the research department.
eCivis gives me the flexibility and the freedom to truly run my own business, with all the support I need. I am free to be as creative, innovative, and successful as I can be! eCivis is a family, a small family with a big agenda- and I love being connected to every single person/department. The sky truly is the limit with eCivis, with a great commission structure, great benefits, upward mobility, and direct connect with upper level management, I feel like I have a voice in my own company… like my opinion counts. Having a corporate background, this is unheard of! I’ve been in sales 7 years, and have never felt the potential I do at eCivis. It is a great place to work!
