Raleigh, North Carolina is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. As the city continues to grow, it has also experienced a greater need for competitive grant dollars. In order to win more grant funding, there needed to be an increase of grant applications.
The City of Raleigh partnered with eCivis Grants Network tools and resources to quickly and efficiently navigate through a multitude of grant funding opportunities and find the programs most suitable for their needs. By using eCivis products, including Grants Network: Research and Grants Network: Tracking & Reporting, Raleigh was able to standardize its grants management process, drastically reducing time spent searching for and managing grant funding. With the sustainable process and updated tools in place, city staffers reduced time spent on grants research and increased in the number of grants saved and submitted each and every year.
