William Ferguson, Jr.

Co-Founder and Chairman Chief Executive Officer, The Ferguson Group

William Ferguson served as CEO of eCivis until early 2004, and he continues to play an active role as Chairman. William brings 25 years of experience assisting cities, counties and special districts with issues such as project funding, land reuse, and environmental regulations.

In 1982, William founded The Ferguson Group, the largest and most respected federal relations firm focused on local governments. Before founding The Ferguson Group, William was a Managing Principal at the National Center for Municipal Development, where he represented numerous cities.

William received his B.A. from Michigan State University.
