During his tenure as Senior Vice President at eCivis, Roger managed the conceptualization and implementation of eCivis products. Roger now acts as an active advisor to all members of the management team.

Prior to his time at The Ferguson Group, Roger served for fourteen years as an advisor to a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, and he brings extensive knowledge of the appropriations and competitive grant processes.

Roger received his B.A. in political science from North Carolina State University.
