As the manager of Client Services, Sergio Del Olmo leads a group of experienced professionals in an effort to ensure the success of eCivis' clients by executing a proactive, consultative client service strategy.
"eCivis is only as successful as its clients. Our role is to serve as our clients' advocates, guiding them to the achievement of their unique grant funding goals by designing plans of action and serving as partners in their projects." Since joining eCivis, Sergio has ensured the consistent delivery of superior service by carefully designing and executing a system of activities that includes people, technology, and processes.
Sergio brings to eCivis over 11 years of experience in the direct management of customer service and supply chain management operations for large organizations in the IT hardware and software space. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration/Finance degree from California State University–Northridge.
