Inside Sales Representative 

Are you competitive, energetic and motivated to produce results? We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a strong background in selling Information Solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a proven track record in inside sales as well as the ability to work closely with outside reps to assist with large deals and develop as well as execute new account strategies.

As an Inside Sales Representative at eCivis, much of your time will be dedicated to prospecting and qualifying new business for yourself and the outside sales team. In addition, you will be coordinating with marketing on campaigns in order to achieve the most effective sales results for you and your team. If you have a confident personality, a sales process and are motivated by success, we want to talk to you!

Core Responsibilities include: 

  • Achieve/exceed monthly sales quota;
  • Create cohesive team strategy with field sales representatives in developing leads and sales in a defined region;
  • Proactively identify targets and determine strategy for contact;
  • Discover/Uncover Customer needs;
  • Match Company products to Customer needs;
  • Communicate ROI to Customers;
  • Account Profiling;
  • Prospect Qualification;
  • Keeping up-to-date on eCivis’ ASP-software solutions.

Here is what we need:

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive targets or quotas;
  • 2-4 years experience selling Information Solutions to large and mid-sized organizations;
  • Outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Background in solution/consultative selling is helpful;
  • Experience in prospecting and lead qualification;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM/SFA tool;
  • University or College degree.
