of Oregon Cities The League of Oregon Cities (LOC) is an association representing 239 incorporated cities throughout the state. Founded in 1925, LOC's core mission is to work for strong, livable communities. The League offers a variety of services to cities in Oregon, including advocacy, education and information resources. The partnership was finalized in August 2004. |

Louisiana
Municipal Association The Louisiana Municipal Association (LMA) is a statewide league of the villages, towns and cities in Louisiana. The LMA aims to promote progressive leadership, efficient public services, and effective governmental performance. They achieve these goals by assisting members with information services and activities that build understanding of federal, state and local issues impacting their communities. The LMA became an eCivis partner in August 2004. |

Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) The North Carolina Association of County Commissioners represents all 100 of North Carolina's county governments. Founded in 1908, the NCACC provides advocacy, research, educational seminars and events. NCACC has been an eCivis partner since February 2003. Since that time, ten counties have taken advantage of the reduced pricing available to NCACC members. All NCACC members are eligible to receive partnership discounts on eCivis products and services. |

Carolina League of Municipalities (NCLM) The North Carolina League of Municipalities represents 530 cities, towns and villages in North Carolina. The association promotes excellence and efficiency in municipal government, and provides advocacy, services and information that help municipal officials meet the needs of their citizens. eCivis and the NCLM launched their partnership in February 2003. Their members also receive exclusive discounts on products and services that help local governments improve their grant performance. The partnership was renewed in June 2004. |
