Move Forward!
Since this 5-part series was first published, dozens of eCivis customers have moved forward in supporting their community nonprofits. As our customers progress, they want to know the next steps to take to better support their CBOs.
To offer maximum support to your CBOs:
- Discuss CBO support with relevant internal stakeholders (council, board, managers, department heads)
- Identify relevant community-based organizations that will benefit
- Send the Community Nonprofit Survey to all CBOs (click to download)
- Compile and assess survey responses to determine CBO needs
- Determine resources and services to offer
